Ms. Veasy is a widely recognized enterprise learning and business development professional with 20+ years of expertise in talent development, strategic planning, change management, leadership development and organizational transformation.
Before launching JOY and CBC, she co-led the performance consulting efforts at Ernst and Young, supporting the organizational development of finance, information technology and human resources professionals.

A devoted follower of Christ, Willie Mae has been a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens for 20+ years and serves on its Diaconate Ministry. She has been married to Danny Veasy for over 32 years and is the proud mother of four, grandmother of twelve and great-grandmother of one.
